"The mind is like water.
When it's turbulent, it's difficult to see.
When it's calm, everything becomes clear."

We want to help children develop mental wellbeing & economic self-sufficiency through healthy habits.
Is your school interested in establishing a mindfulness program? Currently, schools are confronted with increasing mental health challenges for its students marked by anxiety, stress, and burnout. Despite these issues, there is hope. Metamorphosis’s after school program utilizes a comprehensive mindfulness strategy aimed at creating healthy habits, self-sufficiency and a loving environment where everyone is treated with respect.
Let’s sit together and talk about a mindfulness program tailored to your school or district.
Mind
It is essential for children to learn mental resiliency as it equips them with the necessary skills to set goals, make responsible decisions, and become effective leaders. Learning at a young age enables children to develop self-confidence and a sense of purpose, preparing them for future challenges and opportunities. It empowers them to take control of their lives, contribute positively to their communities, and become agents of change in the world.
Body
Nutrition and gardening skills are crucial as it teaches children where their food comes from, fosters a connection with nature, and promotes healthy eating habits. Learning at a young age empowers children to make informed choices, develop lifelong skills for sustainable living, and cultivate a positive relationship with food, therefore leading to overall well-being.
Soul
Developing mindfulness skills for children means teaching them techniques for present moment awareness and emotional well-being. It is important for them to learn at a young age as it helps manage stress, enhance focus, and develop healthy coping mechanisms for lifelong mental and emotional stability.
Financial Literacy
Developing economic self-sufficiency for children means teaching them financial literacy and independence from a young age. This is important because it equips them with lifelong skills to make informed financial decisions and set themselves up for future success.
Are you interested in a healthy future for children?
